Howard Schweitzer of Cozen O’Connor gave the keynote presentation at the HB Litigation Conferences seminar titled “Regulation of International Business: Important Considerations for Insurance & Reinsurance” on Sept. 23, 2010, in Washington, DC. Schweitzer provides strategic advisory services to U.S. and multinational clients on a variety of issues involving the U.S. government. Before joining Cozen, Schweitzer was COO of the $700 Troubled Asset Relief Program, appointed to that post by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson.

In this clip Schweitzer reflects on the straw that broke the camel’s back and triggered the 2008 financial crisis.
