Although there have been a number of high-profile lawsuits recently involving data breaches, the vast majority of these breaches involve smaller companies and never actually end up in court. John F. Mullen, Sr. of Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst recently spoke to HB Litigation Conferences and explained how these affected companies can spend large amounts of money dealing with a data breach without ever getting sued. He is on the faculty of HB’s NetDiligence® Cyber Risk & Privacy Liability Forum taking place in Philadelphia in June 2011. Click and hear what Mullen had to say.
