One program is free of charge for in-house counsel, Hagy said.

Free to in-house counsel, this program features six sitting judges, eight in-house counsel and a bank of attorneys who will discuss green buildings, modeling damages, a mock session on closing statements, the role of mediation, real life insurance challenges in construction litigation, and dealing with insolvent companies.

Home Building Industry Legal Issues Symposium, Washington, D.C., March 29, 2012

Developed in collaboration with the National Association of Home Builders, this program features a keynote speech by former Senator Tom Daschle and an impressive faculty that includes a sitting federal judge from Texas, a representative of the Federal Trade Commission, and the former Deputy Solicitor of Labor.
